The ISTA Protein Service offers state of the art equipment and infrastructure, consulting and training for protein production, purification and biophysical characterization.
Protein expression is done in E. coli and insect cells.
For protein purifications we implement a large array of chromatographic techniques and instrumentation.
In addition we offer biophysical support for protein characterization and protein quality control.
We also offer molecular cloning depending on our personnel resources.
